All our orders include FREE shipping in the UK. Standard shipping for the UK is 2-5 working days (excluding Sundays and public Bank Holidays). Please allow 1-3 days for your orders to be processed. During public holidays and sales there may be slight delays in the delivery process so please account for this.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes NO refunds or returns will be accepted. Exceptional circumstances such as products being damaged or the wrong product sent only an exchange will be offered. For any further inquiries please contact us at email@example.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of mistaken or damaged items, please get email us within 3 days of receiving your item. After this period we will assume that all goods are fine.
