- How many times can I reuse my lashes?
You can get up to 25 uses of our lashes as long as the lashes are taken care off make sure to clean them after each use.
- How do I apply lashes correctly?
- To avoid damage to the lashes gently remove the lashes from the lash tray.
- Hold the lash strip against your eyelids.
- If needed carefully trim the ends of the lash to your desired length to fit your eye shape perfectly.
- Apply a thin layer of lash glue along the lash band.
- Wait until the glue gets tacky (usually about 30 seconds) then place the lashes as close to your lash line as possible using tweezers.
- Hold it in place until secure using tweezers to press the lash firmly onto your lash line.
- To remove eyelash glue, do so gently to not damage the lashes. Use warm water to peel off glue from the lash band and then air dry for optimal use. After use, store the lashes in its original packaging to maintain its shape.
- What should I do if my lashes don't fit my eye?
All our lashes are designed to suit all lashes and we have carefully taken into consideration the various "eye shapes" and so have created a guide in "ILLIMITÉ WAY" to help you find the perfect style for you. We also advise measuring the lashes against your eyes and cutting off the excess to suit you!
- What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes NO refunds or returns will be accepted. Exceptional circumstances such as products being damaged or the wrong product sent only an exchange will be offered. For any further inquiries please contact us at email@example.com.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of mistaken or damaged items, please get email us within 3 days of receiving your item. After this period we will assume that all goods are fine.
- Can I change the details of my order?
We understand that sometimes mistakes may happen if you have entered the incorrect information email our customer service team at email@example.com or alternatively fill out a request via our "CONTACT FORM" and we will try to do our best to rectify any incorrect information although this may not always be possible. Please double check all your information before confirming your order.
All our orders are processed within 1-2 days so after this we would be unable to amend your order so please get in touch straightaway.
- Do you offer International delivery?
Yes we do! We offer INTERNATIONAL delivery via Royal Mail.
